Q: How to iron the patches on?
A: Iron-on with 7 simple steps:
- Lay the t-shirt/item flat on an ironing board.
- Place the patch in your desired location.
- Set the iron to the "Cotton" or "High Heat" setting. Turn off the steam setting.
- Place a thin cloth over the patch to prevent direct heat from damaging it.
- Press the iron firmly on the cloth covered patch. Apply steady pressure for 20-30 seconds.
- Carefully lift the cloth to check if the edges of the patch are secure.
- If it’s not fully attached, repeat the ironing process for another 10–15 seconds.
Q: My patch fell off! What should I do?
A: You can attempt to iron it back again! If it does not iron back on, we encourage you to sew the patch onto your t-shirt.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At the moment, we only ship within Malaysia.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept DuitNow payment only.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: We will share the delivery tracking number via Whatsapp. Please provide the correct contact number during checkout.
Q: Do you accept return and refund?
A: Returns will only be accepted if the item is damaged upon receipt. You have 7 calendar days to return the damaged item from the date you received it. Read more on our Return Policy here.
